What we collect
When you send an enquiry, a viewing request, a brief, a valuation request or a management enquiry, we receive what you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, and details of the home you are looking for or the home you own, such as your budget, the areas you like, how you plan to pay, or the building and whether it is tenanted.
How we use it
We do not sell your information, and we share it with a buyer, seller, tenant, landlord, developer or bank only to progress a sale, a letting or a purchase you have asked us to help with.
- To reply to you and arrange viewings or a valuation visit
- To find and send you homes that match your brief, or tenants and buyers for a home you own
- To see a sale, purchase or tenancy through with the other party, the registration trustee, Ejari and, if you ask us to, a bank
Your shortlist
Homes you save are stored in your own browser, on your device. They are not sent to us, and clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Measuring visits
If you allow it, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and searches help buyers. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives the pages you view, your approximate location and your device type. When you press a WhatsApp, phone or email link or send an enquiry, it records that a lead was made and how, never your name, number, email address or message. Advertising features are switched off.
Nothing is measured until you choose "Allow measurement", and you can change your answer here at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are helping you, and for as long afterwards as the law requires us to keep records of property transactions.
Your rights
Under the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@enescodubai.com.
